Part 4 of the healthy back series. Flexible hips are important for back health. In this lesson Marion demonstrates how to create more flexibility in your hips while releasing lower back tension. Besides freeing your back, this lesson also helps you connect your hip joints to the movement in your entire back, shoulders, and neck.
